With over two decades of experience in the beauty and entertainment industries, Vera often works in film, contributing her expertise towards special effects makeup. Perhaps best known for transforming Eddie Murphy into his role in The Nutty Professor, her credits also include Dolemite Is My Name, Avengers: Endgame, and Dreamgirls. She is also Zoe Saldana’s personal makeup artist.
